hmmm..interesting question with several possibilities as answers. Well, first of all some people are born indecisive. They don't know what they want, and when the pressure's on they make rash decisions that they usually regret later on. Then there's the fakes. People who talk big to make themselves appear big to others, when in reality they have nothing to brag about because their lives are empty and meaningless. They justify these types of actions by attempting mental manipulation, and if it works, they've succeeded. The real truth, however, is they are severely delusional and have warped things so much in their minds because they have an inept refusal to deal with reality simply because they can't. Next are the ones that talk so much shit that they actually start to believe what comes out of their mouths, the whole time thinking that others are actually buying into their bullshit. These are the ones I avoid like the plague. On the other hand, there are a few exceptions to every rule. Sometimes a person has a difficult time making a decision because they are scared of commitment and try to avoid it at all costs. Other times a person can be a bit indecisive because they are simply taking time to seriously weigh out all of the options related to a situation, and make a decision at a later time that will be best suited for them. I don't know. It really depends on what the situation is and who you're dealing with. If it's a psycho, see the first half of the post. If relatively normal and level headed, then it's the 2nd half. Without knowing specifics at this time it's hard to say. Hope this helped.
