Did all the jobs disappear with the Indians for the winter?

Ok ok. This school term is almost over (thank GAWD!), and I need to get back into the employment field. I just have one question. Where are all the fucking jobs?! I'm looking around like Columbus for something--hell, anything!--but I have yet to stumble upon my "America". So where the fuck is it? Am I missing something? And please, I know about the state of the economy, I'm not an idiot, but surely someone somewhere needs a toilet scrubbed or to be waited on, or a machine that needs an operator, a cash register ran...SOMETHING! What the hell?!? Did I buy the wrong type of cereal without the super secret job finder spy glasses in it? Dang it! Knew I shoulda passed on that Cap'n Crunch--shit! Seriously, anyone know of anything available?

But bit of bad news for ya.... I have been looking for a job and I mean really out there looking and applying for about 8 months now and NOTHING... so good luck to you lol

Damn it! 8 months? Are you fucking serious? That sucks some serious balls chick. But I'm sure we'll find something. There's a lot of job positions opening up in January around the area, so just hang in there. As for the first part of your post, thanks gurlie! I just type what I feel (and say it out loud at the most inopportune times--embarrasses the SHIT out of my husband at times), but then I go back and read it later and I think omg..these ppl are going to think I'm fucking psycho. We might have to go out for a drink..2..3...(ha!) some time when my cash flow situation is a little better. Cheers to ya!!

Word I understand the cash flow... lol and I am hopin that the jobs situation is gonna get better... my hubby (bless em) is working his ass off... well let me know about that drink...2...3....FLOOR cause I NNEEEDD it...we have a 2 year bout to be 3 year old that thinks he is 23... lil brat gotta love em... lol anyways later... lemme know how it goes and if ya find something!!

Apparently if you create an account on SC jobs list...(go to the apply for unemployment link on sc.gov) there actually are a bunch of jobs. Everything from nurse to sales to hooker needing pimps!!! ok.....maybe not the last one but there are a few jobs there. Try it.... that's what I'm doing!!! LOL

All the jobs are disappearing period. If you have a good one make sure you do not give them a reason to let you go.
